HOW DO YOU SEND ORDERS?
In France, we offer several shipping methods:
Delivery is FREE by TRACKED LETTER - without signature (Estimated delivery in 3 days after dispatch).
With COLISSIMO (Guaranteed delivery with signature within 48 hours after dispatch): €6.00
With CHRONOPOST 24h (Guaranteed delivery within 24 hours after dispatch): €24.00
With CHRONOPOST SATURDAY (Guaranteed delivery within 24 hours including Saturday for all orders placed before Friday 1 p.m.): €30.00

Paris :
Thanks to our exclusive service “LA MOME DELIBIJOO”, we offer a courier service in Paris Intramuros with delivery during the day: €10.00

For Europe:
Delivery is free in Europe for purchases over €50.00. Take advantage!
With COLISSIMO (Delivery without signature estimated in 5 days): €10.00
With FEDEX (Delivery with signature guaranteed within 24 hours): €20.00

For the rest of the world:
Delivery is free for purchases over €200.00. Take advantage!
FEDEX – with signature (Guaranteed delivery within 48 hours): €25.00

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT?
After validating your order and making secure payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the order reference.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AND WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED:
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number of your shipment that you can consult as you go to find out where your order is.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY JEWELRY?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your jewelry to us if it is not personalized, unworn, in its original packaging.
To do this, you must send us an email to: contact@lamomebijou.paris
After receiving your product, we will confirm the refund via your chosen payment method when ordering, once the usual checks have been carried out. In the event of free shipping, the amount will be deducted from the refund.

ARE RETURNS FREE?
We do not cover the shipping costs incurred for the return of items (whether an exchange or a refund).

ARE YOUR JEWELRY GUARANTEED? DO YOU HAVE AFTER-SALES SERVICE?
Our jewelry is guaranteed for six months.
In the (rare) event of a problem with your jewelry, please contact us as soon as possible by email contact@lamomebijou.paris and we will do our utmost to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. Either by an exchange or by a repair. We will send you a free return voucher for this purpose.

CAN YOU CHOOSE THE SIZE OF YOUR BRACELET?
All our bracelets are adjustable and you can indicate your bracelet size when selecting your bracelet.
You just take a piece of thread and put it around your wrist and then measure it.
We offer 4 sizes:
X-SMALL: 10 – 14 cm
SMALL: 14 – 15 cm
MEDIUM: 15 – 17 cm (default size if no size is indicated on your order)
LARGE: 17 – 19 cm

You can also tell us your size in the comments field found in each product sheet.

ARE YOUR JEWELRY CUSTOMIZABLE?
The vast majority of our jewelry is customizable.
You can at least choose the color of the bracelets but also engrave your own message or symbol on some of our medals.

ARE YOUR CORDS STRONG?
Our cords (made in France) are made of polyester. They are very resistant and the colors remain bright and vibrant for a very long time. They do not fray and it is very unlikely that they will break. If this should happen, they are guaranteed for life and we offer you the possibility of changing them.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE COLOR OF MY BRACELET LINK?
We offer you the possibility to change the link(s) as many times as you want on the vast majority of our bracelets for free!
We still have to charge you for ROUND TRIP transportation costs.

HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY?
The vast majority of our jewelry is 100% waterproof and very water resistant.
In order to preserve the shine of your jewelry, it is best to avoid direct contact with perfume. Perfume, cosmetics, alcohol, chemicals, lemon and other acids are the enemies of jewelry. It is therefore advisable to apply makeup and perfume before putting on your jewelry.
We recommend that you regularly clean your jewelry with soapy water (Marseille soap), then rinse it carefully with clean water. You can use a soft brush and warm soapy water to remove accumulated deposits (salt water, chlorine, sun oils). Then rinse it with fresh water and dry it carefully with a soft, dry cloth.

IS THE SITE www.lamomebijou.paris SECURE?
Yes. The transmission of information on our site takes place in a secure context, using the protocols in force on the Internet. Payment card numbers are not stored on the site www.lamomebijou.paris but on the secure site of our banking establishment.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
You can use the website www.lamomebijou.paris without submitting any personal information. However, when you open an account on our website, we collect the data necessary for billing and delivery of your order: your name, address, email address, etc. The website www.lamomebijou.paris undertakes to disclose your contact details only to third parties involved in the execution of your order process: banking establishment, delivery service, etc. We will only communicate personal data in the event that we are legally required to do so, following the filing of a complaint for example.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Payment for your purchases can be made by credit card or bank card: you must indicate your credit card or bank card number, as well as its expiration date on the page provided for this purpose. You can also pay for your purchases by Paypal in complete security.
